Navigation Menu / Setup / Advanced Setup / Frameworks

Click on one of the standards on the left
Click on the relevant cell in the grid and enter the grade descriptor in the pop up text box
Save the popup and the grid will update with your definition. You would repeat this process for all relevant standards & grades
