Navigation Menu > Setup > Simple Setup > Cycle Manager
Locate the cycle and click the people button for your chosen cycle
Click the pencil in the appraiser column for your chosen colleague and make the change you need. The page autosaves.
You can also allocate a Senior Teacher Link (STL) by clicking the pencil and selecting from the list
